As we see 10 years later "I know not what course others may take, but for me freedom or death" was the remarkable statement of Sir Muhammad Ali, a prominent political leader in sub-continent, Indo Pak, who had thrown without flinching the challenges of the time the British leaders who organized a roundtable to discuss the overall situation of the Indo Pak sub continent. To date, we can assume what will happen 10 years later, we're fighting to survive in some way that terrorism exists, the dowry system, early marriage, corruption, drug addiction and a number social evils are in force in our country who are all sometimes creating obstacles to our future prosperity and our younger generations are eager to have a more rapid change in the middle of intense misery and superstition. The world is now a moment of crisis on the critical shortage of beds, the choices, challenges and situations in the worst socio-economic levels of countries. From the perspective of a student, present and future of it for long 10 years, he would preserve his knowledge of history, geography, science and technology may appear as a responsible citizen . His plans may be justified and it can be translated as a personality of a glorious collection that sanctifies a systematic way. From current levels, he can see his inner world in his mental capacity feelings and attitude of life that tells what kind of stage character he tries to follow in order to find ways and means in the future. There is no denying the fact that the fundamental rights of children is supported by the Charter provides that the child must be protected by giving him / her physiological needs as hierarchical, security, need selfish and self actualization. At the UN convention, it was clear that the child must be thriving and it is the duty of the parents in this regard, States parties should take a close look to the well beings of the child and as such they should ensure necessary funds to develop a good education, knowledge and other ancillaries in a systematic way so that they should develop as the ideal citizen. In this context, child labor has been a major obstacle to the prospects for flourishing of their construction as a good citizen in a country. Due to the fact that due to poverty, parents are obliged to send their children to work to maintain their families. There is no denying the fact that modern civilization was flourishing by the time of day in constructing buildings, dams and dikes and bridges for various purposes.
