5 Year BondPosted on April 28, 2010. Can a company has filed a complaint with the trial court moot court in the agenda? The Company has filed a criminal complaint against a member stating that he made a forgery of share certificates. He was not allowed to attend the annual general meeting by stating that he was not a member. There was no agenda for this meeting to take action against him. He has not had the opportunity to have their say. The minutes were already prepared before the meeting started and the signatures have been taken. The said project was treated as a final project. His minutes were not circulated to all members and no objections and suggestions have been called. Then the object to be examined without an agenda? Maybe a case against a person without giving him the opportunity to be heard is given to him? On the other hand the committee was dismissed for lack of M-20 BOND. According to the order given in the year 2008, said committee deemed to have abandoned his seat in the year 2004 and that decision has been taken against him in the year 2005. If the decision is enforceable when he lost his right? What is the effect of such cases filed in the Court of First Instance JUDICIAL / Can it be challenged as null and void? PLEASE GUIDE. What is the area of State or National Geographic tell you. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment | Newest My Friends |
