Apply For Debit Card

I just moved in my country of America as a boarder. I am 17 years can I apply for a credit card or a debit card?? Im from Thailand.

You can if you have a social security number, I suppose you do since ura student here .. You can ask, but you will have very high interest rate cards, but for all those DC for the first time, even children born in the heart .. Or call any company, DC or wait a few weeks they will send u the offer in the mail. In any case, do you mind turning wise decision to have a CC is not much you do not rush into things just to have a DC Read all sentences in the small print. If ur calling, ask questions if u do not understand something do not just keep quiet sure u know what ur into .. Try to get a cc with little or no annual fee .. Ask a friend to help u if ur not sure if you can manage the telephone conversation with people DC (believe me, they hire bad *******) rough
I can easily imagine that I wish someone could give me some advice when I was my first DC United States, but again I do not know with Yahoo ANSWERS .....
