Can someone give me the pros and cons of this bank? and their personal experience.

I do not know if they are a great bank, but they are legitimate - not a scam.

They have a satisfactory rating with the BBB and a three stars for the financial security of bankrate.com.

Three stars is not great, but there are real, established, legitimate banks with the worst. Deposits must be insured FDIC.

They seem to be a small new bank, so they can get "swallowed" by a major bank in the future. There are bankers who do this - they create series of new banks and sell them.
