Best Bank To Open A Checking Account

I will be opening an online business and trying to find the best bank to open a current account with. Help?
I prefer one with little or no cost. Downey Savings is because you must keep a minimum balance. Initially, I had to go to WAMU, but due to the merger with JP Morgan, I'm not sure I want to deal with all the events of the transition. Please help. Thank you
