Best Offshore Bank

Looking to spend my money abroad. What is the best bank (s) with a high yield return on my money. Nothing here in the U.S., good looks

It's not just the bank you need to take into consideration but also the exchange rate between USD and whatever currency you are watching.

Try New Zealand ... I'm not sure if the rates are still high, but a number of years, If I remember correctly, the rates were around 8% (also taking into account exchange rate).

S. currency Africa and China is also assumed to continue to appreciate.
