Cd Rates

Does anyone know of a bank with great CD rates right now? So what is a good rate? The most I found was 4.75%.

Go to www.bankrate.com and you can find CD rates across the country. None are "great" for the moment, for sure.

CD rates are certainly not very attractive at the moment. The yield of 4.75% is very likely a Special Internet, requiring a minimum investment and exit long term. In fact, there are great opportunities in the bond market, the high credit quality, investment grade bonds offer unusually high levels at present. Food for thought ...
