Hard to say. I found many resources on the line (such as www.bankrate.com) do not always have the latest and best things, they have many, but not all.

Some of the largest banks now offer online savings accounts - I just noticed a Citibank at 4.5%, which is a very good rate, while HSBC is at 4.8%, and ING (the original) is 3.8%, and Emigrant Direct is at 4.5%.
