Credit Card Debt In TexasPerhaps a lien placed against your home for credit card debt in Texas? I know they can for the debt entrepreneur?

I'm in court, and I want to know if a lien can be placed on my house for the credit card debt. Will I have access to clear the title if I ever decide to sell.

Yes they can, they take you to court and obtain an order, they can also attach bank accounts, but can not garnish wages in Texas.

They can not take your house, but if you sell the lien must be paid on profits.
