Credit Card Summons

Has received a summons from the credit card debt, but I want to write the answer to the Court, can someone advsie how is it done, I must go beleieve a copy to the plaintiff. What should I mention in this regard, I have received?.

At this stage it does not matter what you say. You MUST file a sort of response, even if everything you say is "I deny these charges."

Will you dispute this debt? Or even part of it? Then, the list of reasons.

You can say something to the effect that you have never received information validation of this debt. Due to the lack of billing information, you can not confirm what you must creditor.

Keep your answer short and simple. Plan to give your full defense when you arrive in court.

Check with the clerk of the court of general instructions such as copying.
