Where can I get the best rate on a current account that is never in the red? Depends largely on which country and currency you bank.
Internet banks generally offer the best rates. Cahoot are very good.
Alliance & Leicester has a good price, a decent site for online banking and the staff helpful when you need it. I think they are your best bet.
