Debit Card Register

I tried to register my Visa debit card on paypal so I can shop online, they still say things like there and error, after trying for 3 times they say the card is disabled. Is there anything that I can use paypal?

Many online merchants accept credit cards Visa debit / directly without going through PayPal.
