Debt Reduction Law CenterPosted on January 17, 2010. Anyone have information on a company called Debt Reduction Law Center something good? I think to register for this purpose. Its either this or not pay on my bill. I just came across a brick wall with more debt. I paid the 7 cards for the last 5 years on the time and the minimum payment. I have a car payment, rent, insurance, cell phone, and other payments that are a must. credit score is authorized, not good because of the outstanding credit, but I liked that I did not want to totally screw myself. It has either been laid off from work or a pay cut. Has anyone heard anything good about this company? Please let me know. These types of companies will charge you 10% - 20% of your outstanding debt than their initial price. You must pay them money before they do any work for you. Then they tell you to stop paying your creditors. After a while, your delinquent accounts and there is a very real possibility that you will get justice. Sounds like a company to settle the debt. They promised to pay your debts for much less than the current balance. Stay away from these companies. They make monthly payments to you and to enable all your accounts go 90 days late. Then they offer lowball settlements under threat of bankruptcy filing you. Not only that trash your credit, but most issuers of credit cards refuse to play and you continue immediately. The company debt settlement will not be there to help the prosecution or the other. You ask some very good questions. I am a director of the firm debt reduction law. Be certain of a big difference between us and other companies in debt management. We're a law firm, not a company to settle the debt. This is important for the simple fact that a law firm to represent you legally in a court of justice should one of your creditors sue you. In addition, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, once you have retained a lawyer your creditors must cease communication with you and talk to your lawyer.
