MarketplaceDelaware 529Posted on March 10, 2010. Is it our invalidity of the tenancy agreement and void? to give a little background, I live in Delaware and moved around a bit this state. while I was pregnant with my son in 2007, I appled state aid. after my son was born, me and my husband (when he was my fiance) stayed with my mother and one who qualified was my son. Now that we moved on our own again, I returned to our caseworker and a new request for anything extra for us could qualifiy. She sent us what we should have finished and return it to us, except the form owner, who was not home all week. I sent our worker case number of the owner so she can get the information she needed. have discovered, the owner has basically screwed. She said that the land is under the name of her ex-husband and could not give him any information. Yet it is the only one on the lease. all she had to do was to confirm how much our rent was and what we paid for extras (AC, heat, etc..) heart to lease 2 n ur case worker did check the signatures (names). if the "original" owner gave him permission No absolute all legal documents r "legitimate" (notarized) so u can not avoid the lease. It looks like she has done a good 1 don'tu u. .. Also ask him about his face which is really the owner of the place where it nor did it? don'tu get a rent receipt 4 ur?
