Barclays Direct Debit fraud? Hello, I just found once again that I am a victim of fraud, but with my debit account now! its for things like blank media and money was withdrawn from an ATM in Ireland but I live in the UK and have nothing to do with blank media or nothing!
im with Barclays and I was wondering how long does it take to recover my money? How will I recover? how is it? do I know who it was?
I really do not know how it happened because I used online just for heaven monthly payments and used it successfully on another 3 or 4 times, but with all the secure sites such as play.com, the Boys Stuff etc.
And I only use my card to put money in the bank or sometimes blame the MTA, but almost never do. Also I live in a small village and the city I was also very low and I do not see anyone trying to get your card as they have for their machines simply could not happen in our region!
Anyway please help and thank you!
The first thing to do is go as fast as possible to your bank.

Something you use your card is not as safe as you seem to think. Regardless of what the banks say, no card transaction is entirely secure. Once the card from your hand the leaves of a fraudster is ready to pull the information contained therein.
The banks know this, but are not aware of the need to share this information with users, lest it damage their reputation.
You (may) be reimbursed, but do not expect an explanation. Try to pay cash in the future.
