How long does it take for me to receive my debit card in the mail? Hello, I sent a request a debit card in the mail a week ago in East Cambridge Savings Bank and I still have not received my card and I really need. I had a debit card before and I had to ask one again because I went to the window one night in late October and the machine ate my card. So I went back to the bank where it happened even though I called to cancel the card as a precaution and as expected, they shredded my card. I know it usually takes 5-7 business days so I think at this moment I received it by mail.

If you do not get it by Monday or Tuesday, call the bank back. Always keep the bank informed if you do not receive it by then. Make sure you check your mail back, because when they mail debit cards, not a piece of mail that you would be able to identify just by looking. It may not have the return address of the bank on that. So be patient for a couple more days, and it should arrive.

Well you did not say what date you did this, but by 5-7 business days you can not count Sunday. Plus there was a holiday this week, so you can not count that day either. I would say you should get it today or Monday.
