Eliminate Credit Card Debt

I am having a very difficult period to repay the balances that I owe to my credit card. I tried to call him myself and negotiate the interest rate, but they refuse to lower it. I can barely afford the minimum payments and just want to do with it. I do not want to file for bankruptcy, I'm just looking for other methods of helping me to eliminate this debt that I carry.
