Fl Prepaid College

I received this award, which is called the Florida Prepaid College in my second year in college since I am a good student in high school in a gray zone. Last semester, they didn't give me any money, but since I'm out of town, i didn't bother to see what was happening. I just came back and I need one set for this fall. Does anyone else have this award? I went on their site, but you can not log in to view your account and I didn't see a number. They give me a card for future reference, but it does not work something, but a number and I do not know what to do with it .. Help!

Florida Prepaid College is a program, not a scholarship. This is a 529 plan that allows money to invest to finance college. In Florida, there are three different plans to choose from.
