We decided to sign our son that guaranteed education tuition program.

I had never heard until my friends have suggested to look into. None of their children are old enough to have made to use therefore can not tell me if it's really worth it.

Then my MIL got wind of it and said it was a very bad idea to see the state government and the economy ... I panicked a little, but if it says it should mean guaranteed right guaranteed???

I reread the contract and there is no fine "prints" as if it claims ...

If you are a member how is it working for you? Do you know someone who has had problems with it?

I'm from Alabama and here we had the PACT program, which began when I was maybe 2 or 3 years, so many people I grew up, there were parents paid for this program . but now they are 21 and 22 to use, it is no longer available because it was too good to be true. So they are maybe 1 or 2 semesters of this program there parents paid, but now, as they say "because of financial difficulties" they cannot pay for the schooling you have already paid for ...
