Can I put money earned in the United States in a Roth IRA certificate of deposit in an international bank?
Grounds -
1) I am happy with a low bank interest rates, but steady on my retirement fund.
2) I do not like bond funds. I want to buy a CD 10-15 years have the maturity and peace Wil I get the same interest rate.

Why international?
- Due to higher interest rates.

Is it possible?
Is it possible in a bank in India (I am interested because I am a citizen of India working in the U.S.)?

If an Indian bank offering the product, then you can do. I know that U.S. banks offer deposit accounts Roth IRA.
