How to make a complaint against officials of the Bank for credit card debt waiver scheme kiasan? I am a farmer, I have the Kisan credit card, I borrowed a loan from Allahabad Bank, Rabupura (Gautam Budh Nagar District), but now the central government launched a credit card Kisan debt waiver scheme. But bank officials are not coperating and do not give me the certificate of assessment. So where do I file complaints about this .... It is very urgent please help ..
