Maestro Debit

Hello I'm 14 and want to pay for a subscription to an online game. Is my Maestro debit card issued by ABC online work? It is not only a MasterCard logo Maestro logo on the front and a Cirrus logo on the back with a logo under the TPE.

As far as I know you must be 18 years to get a debit card. I have not heard of such laws on the ATM cards.
