Is anyone familiar with the college curriculum SEMC Michigan? What I'm curious about this: I know you can not withdraw money from one of the year you make the contribution, but can you withdraw money next year for good College of the previous year? Would you be limited to taking the money that was spent only after the first contribution or would it be after the last contribution? thx.
