Money Market Transactions

I understand that there are federal regulations that restrict transactions to or from the market for savings accounts the money for a maximum of 6 per month.

If controls deposits several someone (say 10, for example) at the same time, does that count as 1 of 6 maximum transactions? Or check each considered a "transaction" under the Regulation?

This "regulation" is only for electronic transactions. Because a savings account is supposed to be saving, the regulation is put in place so that you can have 6 total ACH debits, credits or transactions ACH Bank Wire.

This does not apply to verify deposits or cash deposits at all. You can put 10 checks per day for a savings account and you will not violate a regulation. On the other hand, if you had a direct deposit of your paycheck each week and one month of 5 weeks has come, then you have an automatic deduction from your account Fidelity Investments you would at most. A flow rate of the phone company could put you on the 6th.
