What are non Chex Systems banks? I was denied a checking account because I am on chexsystems, but I was wondering if there are banks that will approve me a checking account or even a savings account with a debit card.
I needed to get an account and they would not give me one because they said I was on Chex Systems. So I looked and I found this site that has banks that will give you an account ....
