Decision Analysis for Management Judgement? The owner of a small business is not satisfied with the service she has
received from his bank and decided to move his account
to a rival bank. His decision on which bank to choose will be based
not only on the estimated annual bank charges that each bank
receive, but also more "attributes benefit":
(A) the proximity of the Local
