I called my apartment office on numerous occasions to tell them to fix my plumbing you could just flush the toilet and sewage backup guard in my bathtub and shower. Now, the toilet will not even flush. The desk person told me they still have to obtain permission from the owner to get someone here to fix the sewer line because it costs like 3 Great. But I think its unhealthy and I'm annoyed. I have to use a plunger to like five minutes straight, after going to the toilet to get the waste down. I looked at my lease and they made a typo and said my lease was 04/2007 03/2007 03/2008 through instead of being the equivalent of my lease null and void because of this lack of strikes? and if not what do I do about this problem of maintenance? errors in the leases are null and void with the exception of state laws that apply.
