Opening A Business Bank Account

I have a "satisfied" a decision on my credit file. will that affect my chances of getting a business account? I do not want an overdraft or something like that.

Unless they have changed, Washington Mutual does not pull credit reports for checking accounts. business entities were checked and only fired Chexsystems.
