What to do in this situation ......??

Recently I was scammed into thinking that I would get a gift card $ 100 for 90 itunes ..... Now I was told to give the seller of $ 90 via paypal and he sent to his email and make him say "payment due". So I did that and sent him. In two minutes, I realized it was a crook so I played with Paypal! I am now awaiting response paypal, but do you think of my chances of getting a refund???

His btw PayPal verified and new member ......... so keep that in mind. You think I get my money?

In addition, some poeple say that I should try my credit card company?? But what I did was in my bank account .... PNC Virtual Wallet it wasent paid directly by credit card (which is a debit card).

So what do you think of my chances to get my tax refund?? So what if the seller does not respond, then I get this??

First the deal seems too good to be true .... and it seems whatever.
How did you buy these, they or via ebay auction site?

How do you know that the seller was a crook?

It seems that someone just opened the account and then disappeared.
Have you contacted the seller?

Since you paid through your bank account, I would contact them and explain what happened.
They could reimbust you.

In the future, I would say that you are paying by credit card.
