Purchase Prepaid Credit Card

I want to get a prepaid credit card / debit to a friend as a gift. But I wondered if I could buy one and add money using my credit card? If so, is there a prepaid card, where there are no shipping or handling and I can instantly receive?

No, they can be purchased and loaded with money, or asked by the direct deposit of your employer. As far as no handling and shipping, I think they are all sent by regular mail for free. Immediately meaning what? ID card now, you would not expect that the card came.

I know you can not buy a prepaid credit card with your master card, they only take cash for prepaid credit card.

Perhaps all the credit cards is the answer?
