Retirement Savings Account

Posted on January 19, 2010.
Retirement Savings AccountAt what age can you start drawing from a locked in retirement savings Reg account? Is it 65?

or can I start drawing at 60? I just packed away and commuted value transfer ... so many options. Have so many decisions to make. Know any good financial advisor?

Depends ............ What small-say ....... Talk to your friends and associates ........ word of mouth will help you to better financial guy .........

Depends on what the retirement account allows. Almost a thing of the past, a regular retirement account by the employer does not follow the rules set by the employer.

If she says you must be 65 years to withdraw benefits, then it is. If it is a 401K, you can begin to withdraw without penalty, to 59 1 / 2. If it's just a former employer provided pension, so here's the brochure that details the IRS payment.
