In what year (dates) is Article 9, paragraph 2 and 7, and Article 10, paragraph 1, null and void? The Federal Constitution in Sect. 9-2, "The privilege of habeas corpus can be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."
Sect. 9-7 states that "No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them shall, without the consent of Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office or title , or any other kind whatsoever, king, prince or foreign state. "
Article 10, paragraph 1 also applies to restrictions on the titles of nobility prohibitions. When these laws were land null and void?
They are still observed. The current possibility of the suspension of habeas corpus only applies to illegal aliens suspected of here in order to hurt, which is a somewhat loose interpretation, but valid for "invasion".
If there has ever been issued a title by the U.S. government, I am totally ignored. If you talk to people in the legal profession being designated as "honorable" or "Esquire", which is not a title of nobility. Their children do not inherit this status.
I'm with you on NATO. I was almost deployed a unit of NATO, and plans to go to jail for saying "no" when they changed to another unit if I was not classified.
