Texas Savings Bank

Texas Savings BankI had a savings bond in a small bank in Texas. How do I find?

Ten years ago, I received a seven-year bond savings of $ 100 and placed in a small bank in Texas back in my hometown. The bank is not even more - it is the parking lot of a church, and I have no more documents. But it was deposited in my name, I suppose it is still there, right? How do I go about finding it?

The bonds are redeemed. Once you drop them, they are already paid, it would not be there anymore.

try googling the names of the banks and see what happened to it. they may have been purchased and have already purchased their own security if you would now be all else fails, you can contact the FDIC, I think all banks are insured by them so they can have folders.
