My father VPEP (Virginia tuition paid in advance), but I want to leave the state. Would this work? My father has this thing called VPEP (Virginia Prepaid Education Program), which is essentially this thing where he paid my tuition while ago, and now I can go to a public school in Virginia, regardless of how much it costs now. The only thing I want to go to West Virginia University. But I think that while there will be a program at a state school that is not offered in Virginia that I want to do, they'll pay for me to go to this school. So first, I was wondering if someone could confirm. Second off, I was wondering if anyone knew if these activities are offered to all Virginia public school:
* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science double and Computer Engineering
* Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and two computer
I did a google search programs + Virginia, and only the results have been on the WVU website, so I hope that no one in Virginia offers the exact same programs.
A double degree is a double major.
In the state colleges offer majors that you have requested.

VPEP does not cover lab fees, tuition or optional charges, room and board, transportation, computers, books or any other expenses not included on the invoice from the school.
If there are additional charges for a specific course of study, such as nursing or engineering, or more than one load of full-time course, these additional costs are not covered by VPEP.
Property VPEP a contract does not affect the admission process in colleges Virginia or those elsewhere. Students must apply and be accepted by the school, he or she wishes to participate.
